GREGORY B. SHIRLEY

Gregory B. Shirley is a former Partner of KPMG in Jamaica and has been a Director of CCFG for more than 10 years. He was made Director of CCMB in January 2007.

Mr. Shirley has over 30 years experience in diverse business advisory assignments within the banking, financial, government, utilities and manufacturing sectors. He is distinguished as a Consultant in the areas of compensation and benefits administration, performance measurement, corporate and strategic planning and process improvement.

Mr. Shirley holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Michigan State University and a B.A. Degree (Hons) in Economics from the University of Arkansas.

He is a former Board Member of KPMG Caricom and Partner-in-Charge of Advisory Services in KPMG Caricom. Prior to joining KPMG in 1976, Mr. Shirley worked as the Manager of Human Resources Planning and Development for a major US utility company.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Munro College and Westar Group Limited. He is also a Director in a number of companies including; Westar Finance Limited, Jamaica Broilers Group Limited, Port Authority of Jamaica and UWI Consulting Limited. Mr. Shirley is a Past President and Fellow, of the Institute of Management Consultants of Jamaica.
