How do I pick up a money transfer?

Visit an agent of your choice and complete a "Receive Money" form. The details required are:

• your full name and complete address,
• your sender's full name and address including the country from which the money transfer was sent,
• the amount expected.

This form is to be presented to the agent representative at the location along with your valid identification card.
