How does the receiver know that a money transfer is available to him/her?

  • All recipients whose senders provided a valid mobile telephone number are notified of the arrival of their money transfer by a SMS message (text).  Where the sender provides a valid landline number, the recipient will be contacted by telephone by a CCFG Now Customer Care Agent or by a Capital & Credit Remittance Ltd. Customer Service Representative.
  • The person sending you the money may also notify you.
