Yes. The requirements to pay a loan, mortgage or bill are as follows:

Name of financial institution,
Specific address for financial institution or branch name,
Name on account and account number,
Beneficiary signs a Letter of Authorisation and provides a copy of his/her ID. This is a one-off requirement per bank account. The Letter of Authorisation can be e-mailed or faxed to the beneficiary by Reggae Money Express.
